Parent Presentation: Children and Restorative Sleep

We’d like to share with our community information about an upcoming parent presentation: Children and Restorative Sleep.  Is your child afraid of going to sleep because they were frightened by a nightmare?  The webinar will focus on exploring and explaining the difference between nightmares and night terrors, and providing strategies to develop a nighttime routine that will assist in increasing a child’s sense of safety and comfort.  Parents, grandparents and caregivers are all welcome to attend.

This session will be held on Wednesday May 11, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  There is no cost to participate but registration is required.  Please view the linked flyer for more details.
