As you know, the Provincial government recently announced school closures until at least May 4. While we have no precise information about this date potentially being extended, the province is continuing to extend its Emergency Declaration.
As such, we will be refunding Pizza Lunches purchased in the Winter/Spring Term for the following dates: February 7, 21 (strike closure dates), March 27, April 3, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12, and 19. This will result in a $28 refund per slice ordered.
If you paid for pizza lunches through School Cash Online, you will receive a refund directly through that platform in the days ahead. For those few late payments that came in by cash, the Board will issue an interac e-Transfer. (If you are receiving an e-transfer, please ensure the account information and number format is accurate, otherwise your bank may refuse the funds.)
Please note that it might take a number of days for the system to process the refunds. Thank you for your ongoing support and patience as we work through these trying times.
